Free delivery on Romania and takes a maximum of 48 hours from the preparation of the package.
Outside the territory of Romania, delivery is free for orders over 500 Euro and will be made between 3-7 working days, maximum. For orders under 500e abroad, the cost of delivery will be borne by the customer.

According to the Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 on consumer rights in distance contracts:
The consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract, without having to justify the withdrawal decision and without incurring other costs than those appropriate to art. 13 paragraph (3) and art. 14 of O.U.G No. 34/2014, within 14 days starting from the day on which he takes physical possession of the product without penalties and without invoking any reason. So you can return it for an exchange or a refund (less shipping). The costs for returning the products are borne by the customer.
For the refund, please email us your bank account (namely: IBAN account, 24 characters, together with the cardholder, namely: the person who takes care of this product). Refunds are made exclusively by bank transfer.
General conditions for returns:
The returned product has damaged or incomplete packaging, signs of wear, washing, scratches, bumps, missing accessories, we reserve the right to decide to refuse the return.
Also, in the case of repeated returns (more than 2 unjustified returns), we do not reserve the right to refuse to accept the return. The return of products must be announced in advance by email to office@tessuto.ro.
After we receive your email, you will communicate in writing all the steps you need to take to return the products.
